Poch fee agreed
Paul Ince joins The United Stand as a guest to talk about reports of Poch, PSG and Manchester United agreeing terms for the Argentine to takeover as boss at Old Trafford.
A fee of £10million is the ball park figure being reported for the move to take place. Pochettino is reported as wanting the job at Manchester United and wants to comeback to the Premier League.
United sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on Sunday and it would appear they had no plans of who will be the next manager to replace the Norwegian.
For the time being Michael Carrick will be taking charge.
Paul Ince talking on Ole being sacked said:
It’s sad, you don’t want to see anyone lose their job but it had to happen after the recent 4-1 defeat to Watford.
Ole had only previously managed Cardiff City and Molde in Norway. His time in charge at Cardiff see them get relegated.
Mark Goldbridge said: He is disgusted that Michael Carrick has been given the chance to manage the team. There should have been a replacement plan in place before Ole got sacked.
Goldbridge believes that the whole of the managerial staff should have gone with Ole. This will allow a new manager to bring in his own backroom staff.
Getting back to Poch, Manchester Evening News tweeted that PSG want £10million compensation for Poch to go to United. Poch wants the Old Trafford job, so what could possibly stop this deal from happening? It seems all parties are happy so the deal should be straight forward.
